In order to receive a diploma, all you need to have done is to complete each exam for the 4 semesters of the core program.  We don’t check to see that your progress bar reached 100% for each course, as long as all your exams were submitted.

Once your final semester is over, we will review your student profile to confirm all 18 of your exams were submitted.  We will then let each student know if they are complete, or if they still have anything left to turn in.

If you did miss submitting any of your exams, we will grant you temporary access to the relevant semester so that you can complete it.  We will make sure you have sufficient time to do so; it’s our goal to help you finish and get your diploma!

All graduating students’ accounts will be reviewed within 1 month of the end of their final term, and each student notified of their status at that time.  Diplomas will then be sent the following month.  So all in all, it may take up to 9 weeks to receive your diploma.

However, if we do not receive the best mailing address from you via the form on the right, it may take longer.

That depends on if you were part of a local cohort or not.  If so, we will mail them all to one central location for your cohort leader (or pastor) to distribute.  If not, we will send them to whichever address you prefer.
